STEER (Sensitisation & Thinking Enhancement for Environment & Rivers) is a scientifically designed, actionable model-based workshop program that aims to connect with the same set of children at three stages of their life so as to inculcate within them an attitudinal connect with their environment. These workshops are designed in a way so as to align them with the SEWA (Social Empowerment through Work & Action) curriculum of NCERT, an integral part of 9th to 12th standard.

7th & 8th standards being the awareness level where the students are sensitised on the current and forthcoming issues of environment, defining the contribution of humans in the same and how their active involvement could undo the damage done so far.
9th & 10th standards being the action-oriented workshops where the kids as per their interests can choose the projects which they could do as groups. The non-exhaustive list of activities includes:
11th & 12th standards being the advocacy level where the students themselves act as facilitators to mobilise their neighbourhood to adopt an enviro-friendly project and implement the same.
With the successful completion of each stage of the program the children are awarded certificates of Enviro-buddies, Enviro-activists & Enviro-advocates respectively.
